What we do  //  Sports Programs

Multi Sports Fun Program at various locations in Sydney

Our Sports Fun Program is a great way for children to become active by learning the key elements of a variety of sports and activities including:
Tennis, Cricket , Basketball, T-Ball, Soccer, Throwing, Football and Hockey.

Whilst also introducing a number of fundamental movement skills including:
Running, Hopping, Galloping, Leaping, Balancing, Skipping, Sliding and Star Jumps

Each class runs for 1 hour covering two different sports each week, with a focus on all of the fundamental movement skills of each sport. The focus of our Programs is to introduce and encourage your child with the following:

  • Skill development
  • Enhancing self confidence and social interaction
  • Developing a knowledge of movement skills required to participate in various activities
  • Stimulating the desire to participate in sport and fitness
  • All ages are catered for during each session and each class is graded based on age.

Generally our classes are broken into the following age groups: 2½ - 3½ years; 3½ - 4 years; 4 - 5 years; 5- 7 years.

New Toddler and Parent Program commencing at Freshwater for 2 - 2.5 years in Term 1 2013. Please see details on the Northern Beaches page listed below.

Our program's are age-specific ensuring that as your child becomes older and more advanced the programs change to cater for this development.

Sports Fun Programs currently run weekly in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches and North Shore.
